Your therapist

Although I’ve always been passionate about health, my professional career began in law. I worked as a business lawyer for 7 years and I came across naturopathy at a time when I was craving a better work-life balance.

I found that naturopathy aligned with my interests and values, so I left law and got back to school. After my training, I moved to Amsterdam where I now live and work, both in-person in my office and remotely via video calls.

My approach to naturopathy is rational, down to earth and science-based. Think of a naturopath as a health coach who takes into account all dimensions of the human being (body, mind, emotions, but also family dynamics, job environment… all the things that make us who we are), and uses a combination of traditional and science-based therapies to maintain or regain optimal health.

Everyone here is welcome, free from judgement, no matter where you’re at in your life.

My training

I studied at the EURONATURE institute in Paris, and am accredited by the French Naturopathy Federation (FENA). In addition to naturopathic knowledge, I trained in wellness massages and foot reflexology. When you are passionate about a subject, you never stop learning! I keep up with the latest scientific developments and regularly take courses to provide my clients with the most up-to-date possible care.

My approach

My approach to holistic lifestyle care is based on natural techniques focused on:

Fully individualized diet that makes sense for your lifestyle and ambitions

Tools for relaxing and facing daily challenges in a serene way: breathing techniques, massages, foot reflexology…

Physical activity that matches your strengths and schedule

My tools

Depending on your needs, I offer tools that complement each other and give you a step-by-step guide to use them easily and safely:
